Applying the logic of the Segmented World Model allows an apolitical
judgement to be made of the challenges the SINO Block (currently the
PRC) will face during Full-Up Decline.
Of the three global drivers shaping the Segmented World over the next
thirty years, aspects of POPULATION will exert a most severe, constraint
on the SINO Block.
Of these, SIZE is the most demanding, no government in human history
has had to control a population of 1.5bn. But age, diversity and creativity
will also limit the SINO Block’s ability to meet the bargain with its citizens
to maintain living standards.
Likely paths the SINO Block may follow during Full-Up Decline, are
examined.
